Crushing

Roller Crusher MK250

DESCRIPTION

The Roller Crusher is a machine designed for the rapid, safe, and efficient primary and secondary crushing of medium-hard, hard, and brittle materials. This crusher is particularly useful for pilot studies and bulk crushing applications in industrial plants and laboratories. The dimensions of the rollers are Ø250 mm x 150 mm. The adjustable gap between the rollers can be set continuously between 0-20 mm, allowing users to perform size reduction operations suitable for different types of materials.

With its effective fine crushing capability, the double roll crusher provides reliable performance in both production processes and laboratory tests. Thanks to its flexibility, which can be adjusted according to material properties, it operates with high efficiency, helping to reduce costs. Its user-friendly design and durable construction make roller crushers significant in various industrial applications.

With these safety features, the MK250 provides a secure and controlled working environment in both laboratory and industrial settings.

Optional Belt Conveyor: For applications requiring continuous process, a belt conveyor can be added in place of the collection hopper to facilitate the continuous transportation of material, ensuring an uninterrupted processing flow.

APPLICATION AREAS

Our MK250 Roller Crusher is suitable for crushing a wide range of materials. Some areas of use include:

Mineral ores (copper, iron, gold, chrome ores), concrete, ceramics, coal, glass, quartz, corendone, granite, slag and cement clinker, some industrial wastes, etc.

Working Principle

The Roller Crusher operates on the principle of compression and crushing between two rollers to effectively break down materials. When the machine is activated, the rollers rotate at a specific speed, compressing the material between them for crushing. The gap between the rollers can be adjusted continuously from 0 to 20 mm, providing users with the flexibility to determine the appropriate crushing size based on the type of material.

Material Loading: The material placed into the crusher is processed through compression between the rollers.

Movement of the Rollers: As the rollers are rotated by the motor, they increase the pressure on the material, facilitating its fragmentation. The material enters the crushing process as it is compressed between the rollers.

Crushing Process: As the gap between the rollers is adjusted, the material fragments reach the desired size. This process is applicable for both primary and secondary crushing operations.

Collection of Results: Upon completion of the crushing process, the crushed material exits the machine, ready for subsequent stages or analyses.

The Roller Crusher offers high efficiency and reliability in pilot studies and bulk crushing applications in both industrial plants and laboratory settings.
