DESCRIPTION

The Rotary Tube Sample Divider is designed for obtaining representative samples and reducing bulk materials. This machine is especially suited for a wide range of materials, including powders and granules, metal powders, coffee, fertilizers, seeds, nuts, ores, minerals, and chemicals.

  • Sample Outlet: Features an adjustable sample outlet width, allowing precise control over the sample division ratio.
  • Material Contact: All parts in contact with the material are made from stainless steel or plastic, ensuring durability and maintaining hygiene standards.
  • Mobile Chassis: Built on a four-wheeled mobile chassis, allowing easy transport within laboratory or factory environments.
  • Sample and Waste Collection Containers: Equipped with a 30-liter plastic waste collection container and 500/1000 cc plastic sample collection containers.
  • Sample Collection Outlets: Available in three types—single, double, and triple outlets—enabling collection of samples in various quantities and proportions.
  • Vibratory Feeder: Includes a 5-liter conical feeder to facilitate controlled sample feeding.
