This disc pelletizer is engineered for the effective agglomeration of fine powders and granular materials into uniform, high-quality pellets. Designed for both laboratory research and pilot-scale industrial applications, it offers a combination of precision control, robustness, and ease of use.
Pelletizing Disc:
The unit features a Ø800 × 350 × 10 mm disc made from durable AISI 304 stainless steel. The disc angle is infinitely adjustable between 45° and 92° via an electro-mechanic tilting mechanism, allowing precise control based on material behavior. An integrated angle display drum ensures accurate monitoring during operation.
Water Spray System:
A pressurized water spray ring ensures optimal moisture content for effective pellet formation. The system includes a 20-liter water tank, pressurized pump, 3 spray nozzles, and a flowmeter for fine adjustment of water delivery.
Scraper Blades:
To maintain continuous operation, the pelletizing disc is cleaned by AISI 304 stainless steel scraper blades with horizontal and vertical adjustment capabilities, ensuring minimal material buildup on the disc surface.
Vibratory Feeder:
A 5-liter capacity vibratory feeder ensures consistent and uniform material feeding onto the disc, promoting stable operation and efficient pelletizing performance.
With its adjustable speed, tilt angle, and moisture control system, this pelletizer—also known as a pan granulator—is ideal for processing a wide range of materials across sectors such as mining, fertilizers, cement, waste management, and materials science.
