Rotary Sample Divider 8×25 Liter – Fixed Container

DESCRIPTION

Laboratory Rotary Sample Divider 8×25 Liter – Fixed Container Type is designed for accurate, representative, and repeatable sample division in laboratory and pilot-scale sample preparation applications. The machine is suitable for bulk material handling and provides reliable performance for routine sample splitting operations in mining, metallurgy, geology, and mineral processing laboratories. With its robust construction and practical design, it helps ensure consistent sample preparation results while improving operational efficiency.

Unlike conventional rotary sample dividers with removable collection containers, this model is equipped with eight fixed 25-liter containers. Thanks to this design, the operator does not need to remove, lift, and reposition the containers during operation. This makes the machine easier to use, more practical, and more convenient especially when handling larger sample quantities.

The system is also supplied with a mobile collecting trolley. After the dividing process is completed, the trolley can be positioned next to the machine and the material can be discharged easily into it. This arrangement simplifies material handling, reduces operator effort, and provides a faster and more efficient workflow.

Variable Speed Control: Both the container rotation speed and the feeding speed are adjustable, allowing the machine to be adapted to different bulk materials and operating conditions.
Feed Hopper: The machine is equipped with a 120-liter feed hopper, allowing practical and controlled feeding of larger sample quantities.
Controlled Feeding: A feed hopper and adjustable feeding system ensure controlled and continuous material flow during operation.
Operator-Friendly Design: Unlike removable container systems, the fixed container design eliminates the need for manual lifting and repositioning of the containers.
Material Discharge: A mobile collecting trolley is provided for practical and easy discharge of the material after the dividing process is completed.

The machine is equipped with essential safety measures for secure operation. An emergency stop button is provided on the system for immediate shutdown when required. The lid safety switch disables the machine when the protective cover is opened, helping improve safety during operation. In addition, all rotating parts are enclosed within a protective housing. This design helps reduce the risk of direct contact with moving parts and provides a safer working environment for the operator.

Working Principle

Rotary Sample Dividers (RSD) are designed for accurate, representative, and repeatable sample division in laboratory and pilot-scale sample preparation applications. The operating principle is based on distributing the incoming material into multiple collection containers through a rotating dividing head. During operation, the sample is fed into the machine in a controlled and continuous manner, and the rotating system divides the material into equal increments. This method helps ensure that each portion represents the original bulk sample as closely as possible.

Thanks to this working principle, rotary sample dividers help reduce sampling errors and improve the consistency of sample preparation processes. They are widely used in mining, metallurgy, geology, cement, coal, and mineral processing laboratories where reliable and representative sample splitting is essential. Their practical design and controlled operation make them suitable for routine laboratory work as well as pilot-scale applications.
