Our Sieve Shaker is a reliable solution that provides high performance in sample preparation and sieving processes in the laboratory environment. The machine is suitable for both dry and wet sieving processes and can sieve a wide range of particle sizes. Thanks to its user-friendly features and adjustable shaking speed, it offers flexible working opportunities with different samples.

Vibration-Free, High-Power Shaking Mechanism: Unlike conventional vibrating sieve machines, this device utilizes a non-linear, high-power shaking motion to separate samples more effectively.

Multiple Sieve Compatibility: The device can accommodate up to 5 stacked Ø450 mm x 100 mm sieves or 8 stacked Ø450 mm x 50 mm standard test sieves simultaneously.

Suitable for Both Dry and Wet Sieving: The machine is designed for both dry and wet sieving, making it adaptable to various sample preparation processes in your laboratory.

Wide Sieving Range: The device operates with sieves ranging from 20 μm to 20 mm square mesh size, allowing for efficient separation of materials with varying particle sizes.

Sieve Accessories: The machine is supplied with one sieve bottom collection pan and one sieve cover suitable for both dry and wet sieving as standard accessories.

Working Principle

Unlike conventional vibrating sieve machines, this device operates on a shaking-based sieving principle, ensuring efficient material separation through a powerful shaking motion instead of vibration.

The machine applies a strong horizontal and circular shaking movement, which allows the material to be evenly distributed across the sieve surface, enhancing particle passage through the mesh. Instead of vertical vibrations commonly found in traditional sieving machines, this system utilizes a wider-angle, high-power horizontal shaking motion for better sieving efficiency.
