DESCRIPTION

Rotary Sample Divider 8×250 cc is a precise laboratory sample preparation device designed for representative splitting of dry and free-flowing granular or powder samples.

The unit is equipped with a 5-liter stainless steel feed hopper and an adjustable vibratory feeding system, allowing the sample to be transferred to the rotating dividing mechanism in a controlled manner. The incoming material is evenly distributed into 8 glass bottles of 250 ml each by the rotating cone distributor.

The glass bottles can be easily placed into and removed from their dedicated holders, making sample collection, emptying and cleaning operations practical.

Working Principle and Accuracy

The device is equipped with a 5-liter stainless steel feed hopper and a magnetic vibratory feeder. The material is transferred from the hopper to the rotating cone divider with a controlled flow, and then evenly distributed into 8 glass bottles of 250 cc each by the rotating motion.

Since the vibration intensity can be adjusted steplessly, both fine powders and mixtures containing particles up to 6 mm can be divided without clogging.
