Triple Mixing Tank System consists of three interconnected, cascading tanks made from AISI 316 stainless steel, designed to provide high efficiency and flexibility for mixing and heating various materials in sample preparation laboratory applications.

System Features

  • Stainless Steel Tanks: The system comprises three tanks, each crafted from AISI 316 stainless steel. This material offers high corrosion resistance and long-lasting durability.
  • Motor and Speed Control: Each tank is equipped with a 1 hp, 220 V, 3-phase, 50 Hz motor operating at 1000 RPM. Each motor has a dedicated digital speed control device, enabling precise control over the mixing process.
  • Temperature Control: Each tank includes a digital temperature control device and a thermocouple, allowing for continuous monitoring and maintenance of the desired internal temperature.
  • Heating System: Each tank is fitted with a 2 kW electric heater to heat materials during mixing, enhancing the system’s overall efficiency.
