APPLICATION AREAS

CK50 Jaw Crusher model is suitable for crushing a wide range of materials. Some areas of use include:

Mineral ores (copper, iron, gold, chrome ores), concrete, ceramics, coal, glass, quartz, corendone, granite, slag and cement clinker, some industrial wastes, etc.

The Unal CK50 Jaw Crusher operates by compressing and crushing material between two jaws. While one jaw remains stationary, the other moves back and forth with the help of an eccentric shaft. This motion allows material to fall into the gap between the jaws, where it is compressed and broken. The distance between the jaws can be adjusted according to the desired final product size. During the crushing process, the material is gradually reduced in size as it moves toward the discharge outlet at the bottom. Once the material reaches the desired size, it passes through the jaws and exits the crusher at the discharge point.

This principle enables fast and efficient processing while providing flexibility for crushing materials into different sizes.
