DESCRIPTION

The Laboratory Ball – Rod Mill is a high-performance device designed for effective sample preparation of various materials, offering precise size reduction and pulverizing capabilities. Suitable for both dry and wet grinding, this machine is optimized for use in sample preparation laboratories and allows simultaneous operation with two grinding tubes.

This dual-tube capability enhances efficiency, enabling users to process more material at once. With optional ball and rod grinding configurations, it provides flexibility for grinding different material types to the desired fineness.

The interior of the machine is lined with acoustic foam for sound insulation, minimizing noise during operation and ensuring a quiet working environment.

6-Liter Tube: Made from AISI 304 stainless steel, with dimensions of Ø200×200 mm. Comes with one charge of hardened, heat-treated chrome alloy grinding balls and one stainless steel grinding rod (AISI 304).

9-Liter Tube: Made from AISI 304 stainless steel, with dimensions of Ø200×300 mm. Includes one charge of hardened, heat-treated chrome alloy grinding balls.

The lid safety switch, which prevents operation when the lid is open, is designed to keep work safety at the highest level. This safety system prevents the device from operating as long as the cover is open, thus preventing any accidents from occurring. Unless the operator closes the lid, the engine of the device will not be activated and the operating process cannot be started. This feature is of critical importance for both the safety of the operator and the safe operation of the device.
