Jaw Crusher CK100

DESCRIPTION

Unal CK100 Jaw Crusher is the ideal solution for fast, safe, and efficient crushing of medium-hard, hard, brittle, and abrasive materials on a laboratory scale.

With over 35 years of experience in manufacturing laboratory equipment, we at Unal Engineering and Machinery Industry are proud to present our expertly manufactured Laboratory Type Jaw Crusher. This product offers a versatile and powerful solution for a wide range of laboratory and pilot-scale sample preparation.

Since 1987, we have continuously developed and enhanced the features of our jaw crusher to meet our customers’ needs. Our expertise has made us the preferred choice for many institutions and companies in Turkiye and around the world.

  • Ultra-Fine Crushing Precision: Equipped with precision-ground jaws and a 0 mm jaw adjustment capability, the CK100 Jaw Crusher enables finely-tuned control over crushing. The jaw spacing is continuously adjustable between 0-20 mm, allowing for precise customization of the final product size, which can be reduced down to as fine as 0.5 mm*. This feature distinguishes the CK100 from other crushers on the market, offering unparalleled versatility and performance.
  • Optimized Feed Capacity: With a 100×100 mm jaw inlet opening, the crusher efficiently handles materials up to 90 mm in size, facilitating seamless processing.
  • Enhanced Throughput: Depending on material type and properties, the CK100 offers a robust crushing capacity of up to 300 kg* per hour.
  • Built for Durability: Constructed with high-quality jaw options in high manganese steel or heat-treated steel, or stainless steel, this crusher ensures longevity, even when processing the most challenging materials.

The CK100 model, equipped with a powerful 4 hp motor and compact design, delivers superior performance for laboratory-scale applications. Its durable structure and easy-to-clean design make it an essential asset for dependable laboratory operations.

APPLICATION AREAS

Our CK100 Jaw Crusher model is suitable for crushing a wide range of materials. Some areas of use include:

Mineral ores (copper, iron, gold, chrome ores), concrete, ceramics, coal, glass, quartz, corendone, granite, slag and cement clinker, some industrial wastes, etc.

The Unal CK100 Jaw Crusher operates by compressing and crushing material between two jaws. While one jaw remains stationary, the other moves back and forth with the help of an eccentric shaft. This motion allows material to fall into the gap between the jaws, where it is compressed and broken. The distance between the jaws can be adjusted according to the desired final product size. During the crushing process, the material is gradually reduced in size as it moves toward the discharge outlet at the bottom. Once the material reaches the desired size, it passes through the jaws and exits the crusher at the discharge point.

This principle enables fast and efficient processing while providing flexibility for crushing materials into different sizes.
