Its versatility allows for a wide range of applications, particularly suited to challenging materials such as ores (including copper, iron, and gold), concrete, coal, ceramics, glass, and select metals and minerals. The CK200 operates either continuously or in batch mode, providing flexibility for various laboratory and pilot-scale requirements.

The CK200 Jaw Crusher is designed to maximize user safety. The feed hopper protects the user from contact risks and material rebound due to its specialized design. A safety switch automatically stops the machine if the lid is opened, ensuring operator safety. The emergency stop button provides an additional layer of protection in case of emergencies. Additionally, the overload relay disconnects the electrical supply in the event of excessive load, safeguarding the motor. With these safety features, the CK200 provides a secure and controlled working environment in both laboratory and industrial settings.

Interchangeable Jaws: A choice of high manganese steel, high strength steel and stainless steel jaws are available for different crushing applications. These options provide optimum crushing performance for different materials.

Optional Belt Conveyor: For applications requiring continuous operation, a belt conveyor can be added instead of a collection hopper to ensure continuous material transportation and uninterrupted operation.

APPLICATION AREAS

Our CK200 Jaw Crusher model is suitable for crushing a wide range of materials. Some areas of use include:

Mineral ores (copper, iron, gold, chrome ores), concrete, ceramics, coal, glass, quartz, corendone, granite, slag and cement clinker, some industrial wastes, etc.

The CK200 Jaw Crusher operates by compressing the feed material between a fixed jaw and a jaw driven by an eccentric shaft. The movement of the eccentric shaft causes the jaw to compress the material, allowing it to fall under the influence of gravity.

When the material is reduced to a size smaller than the specified discharge opening, it is directed into the removable collection hopper. The continuously adjustable jaw gap enables precise size reduction, ensuring consistent results with each crushing operation.
